Mayfield Ice Cream Parlour — Restaurant in Mayfield Township

This place was awful! Not only was I taken back when my family and I walked into the store, based on the appearance it was filthy and looks like it should be closed. Then we proceeded to the counter where we were greeted by two young extremely rude girls! Never in my life had I with my three young children been talked to and treated so rudely! We will never go to this place again! The girls that worked at the counter should be fired! Absolutely zero customer service. Not even a smile from them as we were just going in to get some ice cream for a special treat for the kids. I am very upset tho at this is what businesses are allowing to be the face of their store. Is this really what we have come to at this point?! And desperation for workers you’re going to put people behind the counter that miss treat the patrons coming in to get ice cream! Really!? Do not bother with this place! Worst ice...

They have a lot of flavors of ice cream. In 2020 I came here and they had great chocolate malts. They use their soft serve now, or at least they did the last time I was there. Easier? Idk. But it was like a chocolate malt milk water—not a shake consistency, at all. Definitely not the delicious, thick chocolate malt I enjoyed, and returned regularly for last summer. Ice cream overall was great but being cash only in 2025 is kind of a wild experience going there having to go back to an ATM in order to get ice cream is a little inconvenient.
