This is the best cheese shop ever. I'm from WI and am no stranger to cheese shops :) This place is incredible because:

The selection. My goodness the selection. They have all the standards and many things I had never heard of. They even had a blue cheese that I looked everywhere for and paneer. All cheese is cut to serve. You only want approx 1/4 pound? That's cool! The cheese they do have cut is in a variety of sizes. With only two people in my house, I don't need to get 1lb of every cheese I want to try so I really appreciated this. They even offered to try to obtain any cheeses we wanted that they didn't have (but honestly, with the selection, it's not necessary) The family who owns it is super friendly. It was a fun shopping experience.

This is a great place for cheese and wine shopping. The variety of cheese is outstanding with many types that we have not seen before. The lady at the checkout counter was super nice and very helpful throughout our visit. They offer a great selection of cut sizes or if you ask, they will custom cut from a larger block to suit your needs. We did purchase a large variety of cheeses to take home and some wine, but the one cheese that stood out to me was the Morel and Leek. We should of bought a much larger chunk because it has a great flavor profile.

Truly a throwback to the quality and service that has been increasingly rare in recent history. I fashion myself a foodie, and their products did not disappoint. Steeped in tradition and old school values, the variety and quality of their products is amazing. The staff was wonderful and the owners were genuine and accessible.

I thought I bought enough cheese to last a year, but I ended up using their cheeses on everything and ran out rather quickly.
