Walked in to repair an older Bose desktop system that previously belong to my dad that I was passing down to my son but was not playing on one side. Spoke to Jr and he understood the issue and started working on it immediately. He called an hour later and detailed the issue and the steps he took to fix it! I had my functioning system back in just over an hour and was able to test it before I left. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Tony Jr. Is highly technical and you can see he takes pride in his workmanship. I had an amplifier installed on my 2015 Indian Roadmaster as a replacement for another that had been previously installed. Jumar audio in Pharr (stay away from them) installed it and totally did a Frankenstein job and was getting horrible sound, Tony was able to diagnose the issue and correctly wired my speakers and amplifier.
