WE EVEN GIVE ONE STAR TO DO BUSSINES WITH THIS DEALER WE ARE TRANSPORT COMPANY WE DELIVERED VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER AND THE ONLY MISTAKE WAS WE NOT TAKE PHOTOS WHEN PICK UP THE CAR BUT WHEN WE GET THE DEALER FOR DELIVERY THE OWNER HAD PHOTOS FROM THE DEALER AND HE MAKE INSPECTION ON VEHICLE AND HE SEE A SMALL SCRASH LIKE A CORE OF INCHE ON PLASTIC COVER UNDER CARRIAGE AND WHEN WE CHECK THE PHOTOS HE TOLD ME LOOK THEY SEND ME PHOTOS FROM THE DIFERENT ANGLE THAT WAS WAT HE SAID TO ME ME BUT ANYWAY HE TOOK FROM ME 100 DOLAR FOR SOMETHING HE CAN FIXE WITH BLACK SPRAY 5 DOLAR COST WHIT THIS REVIEW WE WANT ALERT OTHER TRANSPORT COMPANY BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU DO BUSSINES WTHI THIS DEALER BECAUSE WE KNOW LIKE THISONE SOME DEALER OWNER TRY TO GET AVANDTAGE FROM US SO WHEN YOU DO BUSSINES WHIT THEM TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ... HERE IS THE PHOTOS FROM THE DAMAGE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY NEED 100 DOLAR TO FIXED AND THEY ARE PUT ON SALE 32.000 DOLAR THE CAR WITH THEY TOLD ME THEY NOT AVALAIBLE TO SALE WITH THAT SCRASHSCRASH THEY SAID WE DID TO THE CAR HOW HERE IS THE PROOF SOME PEOPLE TOOK THE MONEY FROM YOU HARD WORK FOR NOTHING JUST TO TAKE...

Bought a truck there less than 2 months ago and have already spent close to $2,000 on repairs from parts that were not installed correctly the first time. Not to mention basic maintenance that needed to be done on the truck before I even left the lot that I was afraid to let them do with their “in-house mechanic”. This place ruined my first truck buying experience after driving 6 hours from out of town to pick it up and paying for it in full.

I understand the truck is older and has some miles on it but not telling me something was wrong with it and trying to make it look aesthetically pleasing is completely unprofessional and clearly makes it seem as if you were trying to just get this truck as far away from your lot as possible.

Thank you Santos for this horrible experience and I am currently awaiting the title from the DMV to get rid of the truck ASAP. I’ve held off writing this review but...

My wife and I came to McAllen Motorcars just to check out prices and came out a couple of hours later with a pickup truck, which my wife loves. The experience was like no other. We had our toddler with us and shopping around with her is no joke. McAllen Motorcars staff was quick to help us with our daughter, making her feel as comfortable as possible. Making our shopping experience like no other. Arturo and the finance staff worked hard to get us the best possible deal, being my wife's first credit buy, it was hard to get a good deal. McAllen Motorcars staff did not give up until we were satisfied. We bought the pickup on a rainy day, and we were offered a complimentary wash and interior dress up on the truck at our convenience. Today my wife and I dropped it off and we could not be anymore happier. Thanks again McAllen Motorcars, you guys will definitely be first in line on our future...
