Jack in the Box — Restaurant in McAllen

By far the worst experience I have encountered this evening at this location. Upon placing my order. The gentleman kept rushing me and telling me. I needed to hurry up and place my order. I had placed four meals the first three were placed pretty quick. My fourth I took a little bit to place my order. He seemed very upset and rude. When I arrived to the window I requested the name of the person who took my order. He then proceed to turn around and said. I will not give you my name in a very disgusting unprofessional way. He said do you want the food or not? I don't have time for this! I could not believe the way this employee acted towards a customer. I understand we all have bad days but this was not called for. He closed the window and another person came and assisted me. He also claimed he was the manager. He did not have a tag or a name on his shirt. Before I left I asked the lady if he was the manager and she said NO. I paid $35.03 just to get treated very horrible. They also messed up my order. Jack in the box I really hope you reconsider hiring new staff to represent your business better. Your customers should not be getting...

Very bad experience at this jack in the box, I've gone to other jack in the box and I've never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully like I did on this day!!! All I asked for was a large cup of ice and the GM of that store said very rudely that I couldn't have one without paying for it because he paid for the cups on that store and that if I wanted one I would have to be charged for one at regular price, I told him Mr Joe the supervisor for jack in the box never charges its customers for cups of ice no matter what size they want, and he said very disrespectful and rudely "well in this jack we do charge for the cups because I pay for the cups! So if you want one I will be obligated to charge you!" I told him I will I was going to talk to the supervisor about my unpleasant visit to this jack in the box, and he said "you can go tell who ever you want!" 😡😡😡 I will never bother going to this Jack in the box again!!! Very unprofessional people working there and no masks or gloves for the people...

Its been a few months since I came here they had highly polite associates and would be here almost every weekend, tonight I went to try the birria burger and the coconut red bull, placed the order at 9:43 pm, i got there at 9:55pm and they couldn't find my order in the system, until almost 25/30 minutes later they found the order. The birria burger was hard toasted by the sides, it didn't include the dipping sauce, the jalapeno bites didn't come with buttermilk and they were extremely over cooked, I get home (with no receipt) and they forgot my drink also so I had to go back and they did see the order they just gave me a can instead of making the Red Bull drink.

Very unprofessional horsing around and playing around instead of attending the customer, they seem intoxicated or their mind was just wandering around, this was a great place before but now I will never come back to this...
