(July 2025) I approached DeeDee and asked her to check her tablet if LorAnn Vanilla Paste was still on sale. She crassly responded that that brand is never on sale. I informed her that a few days back I had purchased said item at a discounted price, but I did not have the receipt with me. She told me, "It must had been at a different store." I let her know that it was in this store and AGAIN I asked her to check the price on her tablet. She did a half-roll of her eyes and went ahead and showed me the price of the product which registered at regular price. I thanked her and walked away. FIRST: If DeeDee had checked the price from the get-go, I wouldn't had been submitted to this rude treatment. SECOND: This lady lacked professionalism which leads me to believe that she needs further training and development in dealing with Hobby Lobby customers.    Read moreHorrible experience while doing a return at the hobby lobby in McAllen off the expressway. I was in line for 20 mins in lane 4 then went to lane 9 because they were taking too long. I was just about to be next when a hobby lobby employee approaches lane to close it and then rudely tells me that returns are designated only in lanes 3 and 4. Btw employees name is Elvira and has either some front house lead or something because sheâs simply arrogant and not proper customer service material whatsoever. Itâs Ridiculous! If returns pertain to certain lanes then common sense have an employee directing those coming in with returns to lanes 3 & 4 only. And then I ask that she call manager who also is completely trash and doesnât have the decency to to even approach me about the situation. The store on Trenton did not have an item I really liked and gave me a rain check and since the store on Ware Rd did not answer their phone (no surprise) ; I went by in person a few days later. They had the item which was less than $10 but I was taking some other items priced about a total of $30. You would think the manager would allow the rain check but no. To top it off their "CSN" was more concerned about who would dare give me that raincheck from the other store. Wow. I left everything behind.
