We asked our sales rep while shopping about Veterans discount and were told there were discounts available for Veterans. After we decided to buy, oh there are no Veteran discounts. Sleep Number sent my first review to the store manager, who reached out to me asking what could be done to make things right. When I put the ball back in his court nothing but crickets. You'll be promised a call the day before delivery to confirm a delivery time. The only call I got was when the delivery driver was 35 minutes away from my house according to his GPS. You'll be told the set up team will go over the bed and set your SleepIQ app up to the bed. I basically had to pry that out of the tech when he told me they were all done and leaving. It’s just once the other salesperson which was a lady was so rude to my son that was it for me. I was upset but tried not letting it get to me but it really did bother me! Read moreBed is great. BUT they don’t tell you that if you move there’s all sorts of fees associated with moving. Then you’re on their schedule to move. I was told for my move they wouldn’t be able to get to disassemble my bed till 2 weeks later. It’s on me to move it and then it would be another 3-5 days before reassembly. But if I paid the $500 fee then they could maybe call to see about if they could get it closer to the date of my move maybe. So my choices are to scrap the bed or pay to stay longer in my current place. Mind you all of this is being done in advance of a month....
