Very disappointed we started going here when we moved north, I missed 3 appointments, and 1 I was unaware of and I explained that to the office manager. He told me he would talk to the provider, but I had to reach back out to him and stated sorry that's our policy. Sorry about the bad news that the provider had agreed. My husband and daughters go here as well as my husband is mentally ill and is a whole family dynamic and the importance of the Dr having full understanding. I also can not get into a new Dr for a month and a half and I take blood pressure medication I explained I would be a refill and she told me I will need to go to urgent care. Very short, not empathetic, and just flat out rude.
