When it works it's great. But we experience outages at least three plus times a week. My job is remote I work from home and it's all done online. The inconvenience of the outages alone would have me consider another option if there was one.

Additionally, I have the largest $99 plan for there fiber internet. My April bill saw an additional $10 price increase for service fees. We were not informed of the increase it was just added. While I will pay it because I don't have another high speed internet option a notice of plan increase would have been curtious.

Lastly, the employees we talk to are always kind and answer questions. The issues are above their pay grade. My displeasure is with the companies lack of communication to it's customers who pay $$$ for their services and the...

When we first got this internet it worked good ish for a few years... Over the last 8 or so months the internet service goes in and out a TON. We don't even use our internet that much. Possibly a hour a day if that, and over 75% of the time it wouldn't even work and it has been so so slow lately for a simple download. I called them when our service got really bad and they sent out a guy that checked a few things out and he said nothing was wrong so nothing got resolved. EDITED: They have greatly improved! We really enjoy their service. I work from home now and so good internet is key, and I haven't had one outage in over 4 months. When I did have an outage before they were very quick to fix the problem, and had kind customer service. Thankful for their improvements.
