When it works it's great. But we experience outages at least three plus times a week. My job is remote I work from home and it's all done online. The inconvenience of the outages alone would have me consider another option if there was one.
Additionally, I have the largest $99 plan for there fiber internet. My April bill saw an additional $10 price increase for service fees. We were not informed of the increase it was just added. While I will pay it because I don't have another high speed internet option a notice of plan increase would have been curtious.

Possibly a hour a day if that, and over 75% of the time it wouldn't even work and it has been so so slow lately for a simple download. When I did have an outage before they were very quick to fix the problem, and had kind customer service. Thankful for their improvements.
