Went in with blonde hair and asked them to do whatever that needed to be done to darken my hair. They did a full head of low lights... Was originally happy with the results but within a week my hair lightened right back up to how it was when I walked in there. They said I'd have to pay for a whole new color. I'm pretty upset they'd ask me to pay for a whole new visit. Not sure what dye they used or why it did that since I use color...
