Subway — Restaurant in Woodstock

This is for the subway i will not be back to loves period today went to go to McDonald's and they said we dont have any frappes right now so thats a zero stars for me then went in tonight this is the second time that i have been there and the girl said we were out of peppers and onion in my head why the hell are u even open of your out because almost all there subs have that on there and my mom said seriously your out the girl came back and said with a smart ass comment and said well u gotta realize that its memorial day weekend there is no damn way people are gonna go to subway on memorial day weekend people always barbecue then charles the leader at that subway said we have been up here all day when i walk in u have 4 people up front u dont need 4 people upfront he could have sent one of them back to the back to cut some peppers and onions insted of her just standing there and forgot to mention that there wasn't anyone in line but i will not be back there was multiple ways they could have made the situation better and the could not careless just came back with a smart ass comment so zero...

Kate is by far the worst employee at this location! Every time I go in, she is rude and distracted. I went at 11:30 pm one night a couple of weeks ago and she and the only other person had decided to just go on break at the same time, leaving no one to serve customers. I and 2 other people had to wait for 15 minutes before we were served. I went again today about 11:30 for lunch, and she was so distracted by talking to the customer BEHIND me and adding ingredients to his sandwich (even though another sandwich artist was already helping him) that she messed up on MINE three different times and had to keep asking me what ingredients I was asking for. Literally all I wanted on my sandwich was ranch, bell peppers, and parmesan cheese. She kept putting the wrong vegetables and put way too much ranch. The bread is burnt too. I will no longer order food from this location if she is there.

It dosent seem to matter what day or what time I'm at this place there is always a super long wait and I just give up before I ever even get service. There's always only one person working and at night that one person very obviously dosent even want to work. They hide in the back until you literally have to yell to get their attention. I get that there may be prep work that needs to be done but if that's the case then there needs to be more than one poor beaten down soul working the night shift. DO BETTER SUBWAY...
