Burger King — Restaurant in Woodstock

One time I went to this Burger King and the girl working had light blue hair, I asked her if the milkshake machine was working and she rudely responded “No.” when I got my order she pushed the food into my hand like she wanted nothing to do with me anymore. Recently, a different girl is working and she was nice and told me she was the only one working, I told her I understand and waited patiently. I ordered a Whopper meal with large fries Diet Coke and the 8pc chicken nuggets with fries and bbq sauce. I also asked if the shake machine was working which is wasn’t. When I got my food I immediately smelled onion and I figured the whopper has onions on it (I don’t eat whoppers this was for my mom), however I pulled over to look in the bag and see the chicken fries box, look in there and it’s chicken nuggets (ok I guess they ran out of the nugget boxes) then I see onion rings and the whopper. No fries in sight, which there should have been 2 orders of fries , one large and one small. I also did not get bbq sauce. I was also not given a receipt so idk if I was charged for the food I actually ordered or for what they gave me. Needless to say I will not be going back to this BK ever due to the fact the management does not care that they are understaffed and do not properly train their employees on how to act in front of customer regardless of if they are in the drive thru or not. UPDATE** Turns out the milkshake still broken and they were closed today (April 18, 2022) by 7:48pm (most likely 7:30pm) and all the posted hours signage was removed from all windows you would...

I’m a cancer patient and would frequently go to this Burger King after treatment and get French toast sticks. Not sure who the extremely nice lady was, but she would always make them for me with no questions asked. Whether it was 9:00 or 12:00 she did this as a courtesy. I went here the other day and asked for French toast sticks and all hell broke loose. The girl told me no. I asked for the manager hoping to see a familiar face but no. The manager comes out and tells me she will do it this time but it’s past breakfast. Again I explained that I’ve come before and was serviced. She tells me she has been the manager for three years and I came to the wrong BK I was going to the one in Bessemer. And proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have to do nothing for me. Then she and her employees commenced to have a full conversation about me while I’m standing there. This was quite humiliating and discouraging considering after my treatments I usually have a taste for fresh French toast sticks but it was ruined but these incompetent rude people...

I've been to this location about 5 times since it's been open and there was only 1 time that I left there happy. I've tried to be patient since it was just opened, but its been long enough they should have it together by now, this morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and two sausage biscuits with a small coffee. The coffee was good but I got home and had 1 sausage biscuit, a bacon egg and cheese croissant and an egg and cheese croissant.. i only got one item besides the coffee that i actually asked for. I also waited a while before anyone answered the headset when I was ordering. Almost went inside because I thought the drive thru wasnt open. Other times I've visited theres been a long wait with cold food or just long waits. But this morning was very aggravating and I'll make sure i wont go back. I'd rather drive to bessemer. I dont recommend this...
