Wow worst customer service I had ever experienced. My poor mother and grandmother who was 80 years old. Went to exchange a few items today because there is $50 worth of products they have to return but cannot return due to the return policy. They have to be exchanged. They cannot go on a gift card per the manager just a few days ago and that was acceptable for us. We decided it was okay,We could just return them over time or the manager said we can do it all in one go, and now today we get accosted by the person checking us out an older lady with brown hair telling us she had more important things to do. She was busy and had places to be that did not include her doing this- she had to help customers because apparently we were no longer customers i.e.: her job doesn't require her to exchange products or you know check out customers and help them. That's not in her job description. Poor excuse for customer service and sheer laziness, you cannot even get a hold of somebody over the phone and completely understandable as to why nobody will continue coming to this establishment...If these are the people they have working for them completely rude and...

It's great to see this store get some nice new employees. When they first opened they had an employee always standing out front smoking cigarettes which lingered into the front of the store with her everyday. Looks like and smells like she does not work there anymore thank goodness. I visited the store the other night and was greeted by a nice pleasant employee that didn't smell like cigarettes so I stayed a little longer and spent twice as much than I usually do. Thank you for the new store employees that are respectful of the businesses...

Glad it's there but once again today blonde older lady that is relatively new is just plain and simply rude , not sure why or what the issue is seeing I'm always polite but I'm finally speaking up on it . Used to be my go to now I just feel like I'm on eggshells everytime I walk in .
