Subway — Restaurant in Illinois

just stopped in to get a seafood 6 inch sub, the employee gave me a foot long..then i ordered lettuce tomato, pickles,onions,peppers, olives on it..as she was wrapping the sandwich up, she dumped everything out of it..and gave it to me..not realizing she dumped everything out of it ,i went home to eat it..there was nothing on it other that a little lettuce and tomato. i call the store the man told me to bring it back...im 20 minutes away im not going back again... so he said he will take my name and the next time i come in he will give me a cookie...really a cookie!!! he told me it was her third day on the job.. well if he is training her he should be watching her..shes not doing very good..i wont be going back...

Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I always like a vegetarian 6" with just a little of everything when i go to Subway. As this man made my sandwich, he looked me in the eye and said "there is no sandwich too big". This is the first time in decades of ordering this one sandwich, that it was absolutely perfect. As humongous as it was and equally hard to believe, he got every bit inside that 6" piece of bread. Nothing dropped as I ate it either. He made me the most perfect 6" vegetarian ever! Please do not get me wrong. I have never been unhappy with Subway. My vegetarian has always been good.
