I purchased a LG Washer Dryer and the Dryer was Steam dryer. After a few weeks we noticed the steam didn't appear to work, I looked in back and they did not hookup the water hose to the dryer. There was no water hose. I called and they said a lot of people choose not to install. What?! He said you have to request to have installed. The refrigerator we bought was missing shelves and the produce drawer was missing the front. All around a bad experience. They did not offer to come and install the hose but gave me a hose so I could hire someone else to install it. They gave me drawers that were missing. So the unit on the floor you agree to buy is not the unit necessarily delivered. If you pick a KitchenAid fridge that is on the floor it is probably not the KitchenAid fridge delivered as was in our case. So buyer take pictures of inside of refigerators and then compare...

I was given a word of mouth endorsement for Anchondos Appliances by my apartment manager- 2019-I needed a washer and dryer. I got a great deal with superb service. Recently I needed the washer serviced. Tonight, Saturday 18 April my washer is returned to service. This is a small business that works tirelessly for its customers. I gave 2 stars because I love my fridge. It works perfectly. However, I also purchased a washer/dryer set 6 months ago. The washer has literally never worked properly. I called them out once during the 30 day warranty. They stated they rebalanced the washer. Unfortunately, I was just moving in my new home and overwhelmed with task so I never got around to contacting them again within that 30 days. I called a repair man finally to come out and they stated that the whole bin needed to be replaced and would need to be ordered from the manufacturer around $400, plus the repair price it would only make sense to get a new washer.

Now I’m on the hunt for a washer just as my last so it can pair with my dryer. Idk what to say about this place. But I got the washer/dryer from outside and the fridge from inside… so maybe don’t purchase anything that’s...
