I had the worst experience ever with a beginning agility class on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 7:30pm. I have not tried any other classes here (I won't be going back) but this one was a horrible introduction to agility. The teacher had an assistant working for him who was punitive and actually down right mean. If you and your dog didn't do something right the response was "You didn't do this or why are you looking at me now the dog has the treat and he didn't do it right" I was shocked at the way I was treated. The teacher defended the assistant and basically tried to blame me when I tried to work it out. Totally immature, un professional behavior. I spoke with one other person who felt the same but was sticking it out and could blow off the punitive tone much easier then I was able to. Agility is supposed to be fun!!!!!!! Do not...

I attended a NADD event here just the other day. As always the NADD Event Staff were fun nice and all around a good time. The photographer was great and the judge was on his game. The MATRIX DOG STAFF was the absolute opposite. The Saturday was unorganized Sunday was even worse. The woman who I'm assuming was the owner was rude dismissive and her behavior was erratic to put it gently. She openly insulted costumers behind their back but in front of other customers. Yelled at not only her husband, but her staff, competitors and people there for "TRY IT" This is not what I expect from a facility hosting a NADD EVENT hopefully it will be there last. Can't say enough about this facility or the people that run this place. They are super friendly to newbies and celebrate you and your dog's success. They give helpful tips but are welcoming to getting more involved in the sport. Their events are all ran well, organized, safe and most importantly fun for the dogs. Plus some of the most celebratory titles around. Highly encourage everyone to come check out a barn hunt trial!
