I should have known by the way it smells that this was not going to be a good experience. I don't know if you know what an old dusty closet smells like, but that's exactly what this place smells like, not appetizing at all. But, I decided to take a chance. I ordered pizza and wings. Let's start with the pizza. As the kids say when something isn't that great it's kind of mid but if I'm being honest it's lower than mid it's gross I don't know why there's so many good reviews here to disgusting. Now onto the wings the wing sauce was actually decent, but the wings were soggy and really greasy and they just were not good. It's like they don't know how to make wings or something. Anyways I don't recommend this place overall really bad experience, and I can honestly say if a restaurant doesn't smell good when you enter it it's probably not going to taste good when you eat it

I HAVE eaten here before, recently actually, and I originally held back my negative review, but after what I saw today, that horrific smell that's still there, and the low quality food I saw coming out of your oven, it looks like nothing has changed, and I decided to go ahead and share my negative experience. Also speaking of DoorDash, they have a process which you clearly aren't following. There is a reason why DoorDash masks both driver and customer phone numbers, it's called privacy. And as someone who has personally fell victim to identity theft there is absolutely no reason you should be asking for driver's personal phone numbers. DoorDash has a way to contact us directly through them while maintaining confidentiality. And, by the way, the ONLY person who suffered here is your customer who's order was well over 45 minutes late because of your invasive "policy" and inability to follow...
Read moreI told my daughter to call Pizza Plus so I could order pizza for dinner. She mistakenly called the restaurant in Mead instead of Ault (we live in Nunn). When we were called about our order being ready, the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude saying “you’re not in my parking lot, I’m looking and I don’t see you” his tone was incredibly snide and when I said I a was out front, he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I realized from my daughters caller ID what had happened, and told him that we were in Ault. I apologized and asked if he wanted to wait and we’d come get it to which he replied “well, Mead is like 45 minutes away from Ault” I apologized again, and asked if he could just cancel the order then, since it sounded pretty clear he didn’t want to wait for me to come down. He rudely told me that he would have to do that, said “I am out 41 bucks worth of food!” Then told me to give him my credit card number and he’d refund the order “when I get to it”

Read moreIt's very good pizza, but very expensive. They (that I can find anyway) don't offer any "family bundles" to help decrease the price. We got 2 xl pizzas, a small salad, and cinnamon sticks. It was over $60 (plus tip). The website offered a 10% discount, because they are so short staffed, they'd appreciate people placing the order instead of calling it in. When I tried to use the code, it said I couldn't redeem it because the minimum order($10) hadn't been met. I went on, it's only $6, right? The site said my order would be ready in 30 mins. I showed up after 25 mins & was told it would be 10 more mins. 25 mins later, my order was ready. I'm not sure they had even started it before I got there? My son was the one that went inside (and told me there were only 2 employees), but when I pulled up, 1 car pulled out. I was the only vehicle there for at least 20 of the mins I waited, so don't think they were too overwhelmed with orders (it was 3:15pm when I placed my order, so not a typical food rush hour). I try to give local company's a break and will keep trying, but my patience is running a little thin. If I could, I'd give them 3 1/2 stars. So, good pizza, not great prices, and not great service.
