Marshalls — Local services in Medfield

By far the worst Marshalls I have been to- I'm a frequent Marshalls shopper but my experience at this specific Marshalls was horrible. My boyfriend and I both went in need of some last minute birthday gifts and as always it never fails to browse to see what new inventory has come in, but that was merely impossible with Marshalls employees following us around the whole store. It was a late shopping night for us, maybe precautious on their end but it was an uncomfortable feeling to come across all the employees undiscreetely keeping their eyes on us as if we were looking to shoplift I have never experienced something so uncomfortable. Your inventory is great Marshalls in Medfield but your lack of customer service and stereotypes by your employees will keep this shopper away...

Always a great shopping experience. Today was extra special they had cookies and other sweets for all the customers. I enjoy shopping here but not often enough. The cashier was too pushy trying to get me to sign up for the credit card I said no the first time the 5 time I told her NO IS NO. message was...

Great selection , prices and variety. Did a big holiday present shop and saved time and money. Prices much less here in general. Staff super friendly and helpful. Long line but they called more cashiers to help...
