Donut Express & Cakes — Restaurant in Medfield

I called a week before my son's birthday party to order cookies and cupcakes but when we went to pick up the order it was not ready. Thankfully I had ordered the pick up for the day before the party so we were able to come back the next day to get them in time to serve. The cookies and cupcakes tasted good but they did not look quite like what we had discussed (colorful cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles were instead just topped with plain white frosting and the cookie design looked very rushed). My guess is that they forgot about our order and then had to rush to fulfill it by the next day. Again everything tasted good but aesthetically I was a bit underwhelmed for the price and quality I was expecting. I would maybe stick to ordering their delicious donuts or call again a day or two prior to pick up to ensure that they do not forget...

I ordered cookies and cake from this place and she only had the cookies ready when my mother-in-law picked up the order. She totally forgot about the cake!! Someone from the bakery literally drove a flat sheet basic cake 2 hours after bc I needed something to give to my guests...it was supposed to be a cute two tier cake.
