The first time visiting and last CS was horrible for a small hardware store like this where typically customer service is asked by multiple employees. I first walked into the back area was greeted by an employee and asked and was given help told to go to another location and that she would have another employee sent over as I walked away she was on the phone. So I went to the section started looking for myself as I had an idea just needed some help locating pieces of pipes etc for a grill. No employees ever came over, one was near asked if any customer needed help to which I and others said yes, but I wasn't loud enough or ignored. Out of frustration I left as I just went to one of the larger stores got help and now my outside fireside works fine. Next time I will take the extra drive to the bigger stores which I hate to say as I am a firm believer in supporting small local businesses and not these corporate franchises and maybe on a Friday they were...

Made a purchase of a carbon monoxide alarm knowing the store policy was that those items were not returnable. I asked a manager if there was any flexibility if the package was completely unopened and he said sure but only for store credit. Not a problem, I planned to spend plenty of time and money here! Go back to return the alarm I wound up not needing, and a different manager holds firm on the policy saying the other manager shouldnāt have promised that. Seriously guys? I wouldnāt have made the purchase in the first place if I knew Iād be stuck with a product I didnāt need and that was the only reason I bought it from your store. Anyways, seems to be a disconnect between managers and policies, but Iām screwed by it, so taking my business elsewhere from now on out...

I showed photos that you can see I've used a light gray and decorated in black, red and white. Well Saturday the painter came and when he was finished he asked me to take a look. I almost fell over it's baby blue. So I took the paint back to spotts this morning because I called and was told they would ass red to take the blue hue out. Well the woman at the paint counter wanted nothing to do with me. She said there was too much paint used. She wouldn't even try anything. I'm not a paint expert. She said, Honey I've been doing this for 33 years. Well I would think she would of been able to help with that experience. Put equal parts into a quart sizecontainer. But try something.
