This is the first time we’ve ordered sushi that was inedible. It would make sense if one roll wasn’t quite right but we ordered four different rolls and every single one was bad. They didn’t taste fresh, were salty and stale and weirdly fishy- not like fresh fish. I wasn’t expecting top tier sushi, but I expected decent sushi typical for other places in the area. The crab rangoon was also awful. Normally I can’t stop eating them but we ended up throwing them out. Kanamizu is the best Sushi restaurant in the Medford area, dare I say Burlington County! I have food allergies and sensitivities and they are always accommodating. The Sushi is always fresh and delicious. We have also ordered the hot food and it is very tasty as well. They have a very nice selection. In the past I’d have given 5 stars but picked up the chicken Udon stir fry for dinner which before was so delicious. Not sure if just got a bad order but the chicken was huge over cooked chewy chunks, barely any sauce or veggies and dry sticky noodles- ended up throwing it out.
