My family and I went here. Honestly the place itself wasn’t bad. They were friendly but the business is very unprofessional. When asked if they served pizza the lady at the front desk went to the back and asked a man in the back of they did. Someone soon came out and said we have a frozen DiGiorno. We bypassed that and continued to bowl anyway. We sat down played less than 2 games before the lady in the front sat a party of about 8 right next to us with multiple other lanes still left opened. Not a single person was wearing a mask. I went up to the front desk and asked if there was a way she could ask them to put their masks on and she told me she treats it as a restaurant and she would not ask them to put their masks on. I said okay and my party packed up. We had payed for 2 hours of bowling in advance we played less than 2 games when we asked for a refund they refused. The manager helping us wouldn’t honor the “family deal” of $45 for 2 hours of bowling on two lanes. She would only give us $45 for 1 hour for two lanes, no other bowling alley changes prices based on the number of lanes being occupied. After 40 minutes, they shut off our lanes following the completion of 2 games. When we asked why they claimed we only paid for 2 games OR 1 hour, which was not stated at all before. They clearly weren’t expecting us to get through games that quickly, and decided to just change the rules for their convenience. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BOWLING BALLS. I went bowling during the late night special and my only month and a half old bowling ball comes back with a huge gash. I talk to the co owner and she said I must have thrown the ball in the gutter. I told her I only bowled not even one game with that ball and I know for a fact it didn't go in the gutter.
