My fiancé and I recently got engaged and heard of a great new jewelry store located in Medford, Wisconsin. We live in Milwaukee, but my fiancé grew up in Medford and figured we should check it out while we were in town visiting family. It was totally worth it! Not only did we leave with the perfect bands within budget, but also found great gifts for our family as well! Their staff is very knowledgeable and have great recommendations to accommodate specific needs. They did everything to make our selection experience special with absolutely no purchasing pressure. The best way I can describe the inside of the store is elegant and beautiful with a warm cabin feel. Not to mention, they cleaned my engagement ring free of charge. As I walk through the door I had two people standing in front of me with the most beautiful smiles and welcoming me into their shop. One person fix my watch and the other person help me pick out an item for myself. She took her time because I didn't know exactly what I wanted and if we needed help the other person that was in the shop would help us. Kelly was awesome and so was the other young lady and fix my watch and she told me about my mother's ring and she cleaned it as well. I felt very important and she listened to what I said. I did find an item and it was happy birthday to myself. Thanks for all the help. I've been into this store on a few occasions and the service is nothing less than wonderful. They were helpful when I was customizing a necklace for my mother. They asked me questions about her and our relationship in order to find the right peice. They were also extremely quick when I got my ring sized. The jewlery from here is high quality and they treat you like you're the only customer there. The building is clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
