Subway — Restaurant in Medford

Service and ambiance have been awful recently. The woman who prepared my sandwich last week was extremely impolite and lacking professionalism, treating her work as if it were a bother. The moment a new customer entered after me, she moaned and began tossing things around. I will not return to this place. If you like Subway but want to avoid bad service, I suggest visiting the Subway in Thorp or Colby for a better experience. Believe me when I tell you that the additional distance is worth it. I have encountered problems with this particular employee before, and I am not the only one to have left a negative review because of them. The initial time, I dismissed it as her simply having a rough day like we all experience occasionally and didn't mention it. But is it to happen for the third time? Possibly terminate her employment and customers will begin to have a pleasant time. If I had the option to give 0 stars, I definitely would choose that. The previous times I visited this restaurant, I noticed a specific worker with a consistently bad attitude. Today, I informed them of my sandwich preferences before moving on to choosing the sauce. I went on to inform this particular employee that I needed 2 lines of mayo and 2 lines of Chipotle sauce (especially because I am aware that this specific employee is generous with the sauce). After that, they topped my sandwich with mayonnaise and then smothered it in Chipotle sauce once more. Currently, I am at home trying to have my sandwich, but due to excessive sauce, all the vegetables have slid off and are now submerged in the sauce on my wrapper. If i could give 0 stars, i would. The last couple of times i have been to this restaurant, there is one specific worker that sends like they have a very very poor attitude. Today I told them what i wanted on my sandwich and then it was time for the sauce. I proceeded to tell this specific worker that i wanted 2 lines of mayo and 2 lines of Chipotle sauce (specifically because i know this particular worker is heavy with the sauce). They then proceeded to cover my sandwich with mayo and then again with Chipotle sauce. Now I'm home and attempting to eat my sandwich but because there is so much sauce on it, all of my veggies fell off and are swimming in the sauce on my wrapper. I didn't bother to complain because the last time i did, they made it out to seem like i was lying. Terrible service and atmosphere lately. The lady that made my sub last week, was very rude and unprofessional and acted like doing her job was such an inconvenience. As soon as another customer walked in behind me, she groaned and started slamming things around. I will not be coming back to this location. If you enjoy subway but don't want to deal with poor service, I highly recommend going to the subway in Thorp or Colby instead. Trust me when I say, it's worth the extra drive.
