New China — Restaurant in Medford

This place is garbage. First things first, it smells like rotten fish covered with perfume, nobody wants to smell that while they’re eating. Then we got seated and waited twenty minutes just for a drink. Then had to pour our own drinks on top of that, what kinda restaurant is this right? While we’re waiting on our food one of the waiters deliberately threw a tray of dishes onto the floor for us customers to see. When the food arrived, not to mention the meals took 30 minutes for the first dish to be served and were all served separately between us three customers, the Won Ton Soup only had two noodles, was super watery, and barely even heated. I really hope to see some improvement all around. They could use expansion on drinks as well. They aren’t serving all...

Where as their food is normally quite good I stopped the other day to get the Generals Chicken, substituting pea pods for the broccoli and Orange chicken. Literally 5 pea pods and 4 pieces of broccoli in the orange chicken. And they were cooked to death, leftovers from the day before? The rice was crispy, day old? Also had the fried rice. No vegetables, no egg and no flavor. Apparently quality has gone out the window. I messaged them with my concerns but got no response so it's gonna be a while before I give them...

I would give a zero if I could. The food was lackluster. The cream cheese ragoons were missing crab and were over sweet. Egg foo young had a werid gravy on it. The honey chicken was werid and had some werid sauce on it no where near honey. Fried rice had absolutely no flavor. They had curtains hung that hid an area where they keep kids.
