I used this company a few times for different things for my wedding but the last time I purchased robes for my bridesmaids and I, my wedding was 2 1/2 hours away only to find out on the day of my wedding my robe was missing and I was unable to take pictures in the robe I purchased with my girls before the ceremony. I reached out the day of my wedding Nov 6th to let her know I don’t have my robe then I reached out again after my honeymoon and she informed me they going it. I then made serval attempts to retrieve my missing robe over the course of 5 months and she kept making excuses so I then told her to be straight up with me if they lost it and she explained they moved and missed placed it so I told her I would like to be refunded and compensated for The inconvenience I purchased the role from another company and I paid her to do the engraving it and I lost money for the role. I lost money for the engagement and I also lost a day that I cannot get back where I was unable to take pictures with my girls. That’s a day I can never get back. She had Sympathy she didn’t care and I even tried to compromise with her. She then began to ignore my messages so here we are. Really bad and pour customer service. Read moreIf I could give this company zero stars, I would. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on October 7th, I was given a tracking number on October 11th, by October 18th it was still not updated. The shop owner stated it was due to hurricane delays but she stated the package “was definitely shipped off”. I called USPS, and they said they never received this package. I reached back out to the shop expressing I needed this by Friday, October 25th. On Monday October 21st, I was told they would expedite me a new order and it would be here by Friday, “not to worry.” I requested a new tracking number. On Tuesday, October 22nd finally heard from Nicole again blaming delays on the hurricane and she stated she did reship the order and was confident it would arrive by Friday. On Wednesday, October 23rd, I get a notification from UPS about a package being delivered tomorrow Thursday. A few hours later I receive another email from UPS that the package was being rescheduled. Yet again the tracking information has not been update and now Friday when I needed the package I have nothing. I have requested updates and a refund from the shop but have not heard from anyone since Tuesday. All they do is lie…. And create shipping labels to make you think your package is on the way when they haven’t even shipped it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Read moreI was so excited for my order. I ordered hats, sweatshirts and koozies for a bachelorette party weekend. I recieved a mock up of what the sweatshirt would look like. After I placed my order communication became terrible. We did find out my message was being sent to spam and I thought it would improve after that. It did not. I did finally receive my order today and although the product is very nice it is not what I ordered. The party is in 3 days out of town and I still am not able to contact anyone about this.
