El Pescaito — Restaurant in Medley

Located in Medley industrial complex, this restaurant has been there for years run by a different owner. This place before was never a fancy restaurant but because of the owner caring so much for the patrons to love his food it was good. Today after passing everyday getting to my warehouse,I decided to go in and order off the menu. The menu is like any cafeteria or small neighborhood restaurant casual seafood dishes mainly straightforward. I order lobster bisque and enchilada de calamari if well executed they are great dishes but today that wasn't the case. The bisque is a classic dish and to be honest I haven't had a great one in years,most of the one attempted in Latin restaurant are nothing like it,texture and taste . Well that was the case only the color could indicate that it was bisque,as for the calamari enchiladas same verdict, unsuccessful attempt. Cooking isn't for everyone unfortunately that needs a job,it is a work of skills flavor,heat ,balance et knowledge of the pure foundation I am tired of the mediocrity level that Miami has to...

I liked the place, and in my first visit the food didn't impress me much. Last week, I visited again and it was a complete different experience. The service was great and the food was really fresh and delicious. Yesterday I decided to visit them again, this time Neide was my waitress, and I told her she can bring any plater, anything she likes at the restaurant.it was entire up to her. She hesitated at the beginning than decided that would be fun. After a couple of minutes she brought the most beautiful pargo over roasted potatoes with scampi shrimp style. So she told me it was an invention just to satisfy me. I was so touched that decided to review my 4 stars to 5 stars and if you want to try this plate call for Neide!!!! Buen...

Place is nice n clean, we waited for the soup for about 15 to 20 min, other customer got her soup, (sopon) then i notice her putting two bowls of soup in the microwave, after she brought them to our table , i ask her why she had done that "she stated that they need to be heated up, just a bit" soup was very watery i got about 7 clams shells but no clams,lol got 3 muscles shells but only one had in. Not very tasty watery soup, i was recommended by a freind waited another 15 min to get the bill, i got better services at Macdonald....
