I bought a 2013 Ford F-150 from Troy and his Family. This is a true Family run business which is awesome to see now days. I actually bought a diesel from Troy almost a decade ago before this new to me truck I just got. I had a great experience then as well. I bought a really nice F150 lariat that troy had done some work on, timing chain among other things. when you buy a used truck you always wonder did they really do the work? well turns out he did do all of the work cause I had to fix another issue with the truck and when diving into it taking the timing cover off it confirmed he did in fact do everything he said which was a feel good for sure all OEM parts as well! The other issue ended up being a significant issue I had to replace the entire engine... Now to be honest and fair Troy would have no way of knowing the crank bearing was going to go out. Almost impossible to diagnose that as the truck did run great when I drove it off the lot. I was extremely distraught to say the least and I didn't get the warranty Troy and his family highly recommended. Money Is something my family and I don't have a lot of. I bought it as is. ultimately he could have told me to kick rocks. well he didn't he went above and beyond helping me find a new engine. I don't know of another dealer that would help me in the way that he did and I'm not overstating he really went ABOVE AND BEYOND it truly was. He created a customer for life. What was a terrible situation turned into me having a complete new engine. The truck drives beautifully and it wouldn't have happened without Troy's help. Cant recommend this family dealership enough. Extremely friendly and easy to deal with. If they have what you want don't hesitate buy it, these people have integrity and class which very is rare these days when money is involved. I will be a returning customer and recommend friends and family here without hesitation. Thank you very much Troy and family you have one very happy ecstatic customer keep up the terrific...

Troy and family at Huntsman Wholesale were absolutely great to work with. He knows his diesel trucks and went out of his way to ensure that I was 100% confident in my purchase. I bought a 2019 F350 Platinum 6.7L and couldn’t be happier with the truck. I was worried because I am in NW Montana and couldn’t make the 11 hour (one way) drive to look at it in person before putting a deposit down on it. So glad I did asap because this truck was an unbelievable deal and would have been sold in a heartbeat ten times over if I hadn’t. The used diesel truck market is crazy right now and Huntsman has the best prices I’ve seen nationwide. I looked nationwide for months on end, did my research and stayed patient. So glad I did and that I found Huntsman. Troy has been doing this a long time and it’s obvious he’s a master at his craft and a man of his word. Took the time to send all the pictures/videos I asked for and showed me all the good and bad on the truck with complete honesty. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another truck from him in the future. Christine was great on the office end as well. Very helpful throughout the entire process. I only have a couple hundred miles on the truck so far but it runs and drives as good as it looks. There were a couple minor things with the truck that needed fixed but at the price point I can’t complain one bit. Troy went through the entire truck for me before it left. Every filter and fluid was fresh, rear end was rebuilt, u joints, level kit, new wheels and tires, etc If you are looking for a safe place to buy a nice used truck, this is it. Even arranged the delivery for me. Great experience all the way around. I will update the review after some more miles if anything changes. Thanks again everybody...

I was expecting a new experience due to the amount of 5 star reviews here but I was met with typical used car tactics and dishonesty.

First, I knew the value of my trade-in and was shocked and heart broken to hear Troy offer $2.5k less than the price other dealers had quoted me. This was justified with, "That's probably the price I will sell it at so I won't make any money" - just to see it listed on their website for $7k more than they offered me for trade-in (and no, the vehicle didn't require any repairs or even detailing. Maybe new tires.)

There was several notable lies either by ommission or ignorance about the vehicle I was going to purchase. Troy assured me the previous owner had not towed with the vehicle when a simple flick through the "tow trip" clearly indicated that a trailer was attached with brakes for over 1/3 of the miles on the pickup.

He tried to tell me that the nylon straps in the bed (in order to strap the bed cover in the rolled position) where there to secure the gooseneck hitch... 🤦‍♂️

There were several incidents while filling out paper work where he would adjust numbers saying things like "banks would rather see this" or "of we do this it will turn out better for you" - just to overlook things later and see that every move he made was beneficial to his numbers and neutral or even detrimental to ours.

Overall I wouldn't suggest Huntsman over any other dealer. They are just as selfish and unconcerned about the customer as everywhere else. If they can avoid telling the truth in order to get you into a vehicle - they will.

I gave 2 stars because they aren't worse than other dealers - but they certainly...
