Was in the area for a quick appt and was hungry. Saw this brightly colored food trailer and stopped. YUM! Haven't had a great Asada taco in awhile! It was fresh abd flavorful. Actual thin sliced beef chopped unlike many that serve ground beef in many of the restaurants. Also ordered the birria cheese taco the roast was tender and flavors were great. Their green sauce is very goid as is their hot red sauce. Its got a bit of a bite but the rich pepper smokey flavor is wonderful. I was greeted immediately and assisted with the order board. Very nice chef! Definitely worth the drive just to go to this place for lunch or dinner!
