I purchased A Liberty Fatboy Extreme from Monica at the Melbourne, FL location. Her professionalism, kindness and dedication to get me exactly what I wanted as far as color, model, lock, accessories etc has been 1st class all the way! I dont have the safe delivered yet, but i hope it comes quick. I will be back with pictures in another review to demonstrate the quality of this business. But thus far I have been very impressed. I spoke with Adrian a few times, but she was pretty busy as expected, and was very knowledgeable about Liberty. Lindsay was also very helpful. I went to the gun show in Sebring last month, and decided to buy a safe. The sales person Adrianne greeted me. She was kind and knowable about the safes she had to offer. She told me all about safes and sold me exactly what I was looking for in a safe. No hard sell tactics. She told me that the safe I ordered was at there shop/warehouse and would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Just as they said I received a call about delivery and Frank arrived very close to the time given. Frank offloaded the safe in no time flat. He adjusted the door, Showed me how to use the lock and other functions. In short I wish all my encounters the businesses were this smooth. After about a week I called Frank to relocate the safe. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and super helpful I believe her name was Monica, if I got that wrong I am extremely sorry. :-) They did not have the blanks in stock that I was looking for, ( For a 15 year old motorcycle) But offered to order the blanks and said she would have them in 48 hours or less. I’m only in town for the afternoon, and when I told her that she did not hesitate to refer me to somebody who might have the blanks in stock.
