The worst customer service I’ve ever received ! Brought a ring in to get resized ,a silver and turquoise ,didn’t even recognize the ring when we picked it up He puts everything in a jewelry tumbler to clean ,took the antique patina off the ring also broke a stone and YELLS at me saying “ never bring any silver in here again”!!
