Not only is the customer service...severely lacking...and by lacking I mean they act as though it is a burden if you reach out to them and send extremely snarky emails back to you...but the dishonesty about products is not okay. What this company is not sharing with you, is that a lot (if not all) of the items they have sell out quickly, and even though they're sold out you can still order items even though they do not have them in stock. A few things happen because of this...1. They tell you that the item is a pre-order (even though it does NOT state that anywhere on their website. I took screenshots in case they decide to change that.) And that you will get it after they get it from the manufacturer. 2. You may never get your order because manufacturers will often stop making something. They cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will still have what you ordered. 3. The shipping information about 3 to 4 days just isn't true, because they sell items they don't have in stock. 4. Be ready to lose your money if any of the above happen. *with that being said, please change whoever is in charge of customer service and please start only selling items that are in stock OR please put pre-order on all the items that you don't have in stock. Lots of businesses do this for the select few items that are pre-order only. (I've never seen a business act as though every item is a pre-order.) Lastly, please just be upfront and honest with your customers. Update to say: they blocked me and other people commenting on their post about not getting our orders....
   Read moreI ordered the Confetti White Lace Maxi on 12/23. I ordered a Small. Loved it but I couldn't zip it past about mid back. I shipped it back with a prepaid UPS shipping label back to me. I followed up a month later and was told they had emailed me a invoice on 1/14. I do not have this email. They resent the invoice which I went ahead and paid even though I was annoyed at having to pay something else to get the dress back to me. A day or so later I received confirmation it was being sent USPS. I followed up with customer service to find out why they did not use my UPS label and to clarify what the $10 invoice charge had been for (should have done so beforehand..my mistake) and I was told that they ship USPS so they can keep track of the shipping. When I question why they didn't copy the tracking information off the label I provided they said they did not receive the label in my package to them, which I know was in there. They asked for a copy of the label so I sent back a picture of the prepaid label receipt. I haven't heard back from them again. I did receive the dress back today in what is supposed to be a medium but I swear it is the exact same dress as it fits the exact same way and will not zip completely. It even has a loose string like the small did. Since contacting customer service was fruitless with shipping I am just leaving this review to maybe help someone else to think twice and save their money...
   Read moreI was super excited to order a shirt and orederd a specific color off of their color chart and they sent me the wrong color. I took a pic of my shirt and their color chart and they said my pic looked a little off and could be the lighting. Ummmmm NO! I went off yalls color chart and thereâs a complete difference between TEAL and a BRIGHT BLUE! So for one thatâs false advertisement. I still liked the saying of the shirt so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and picked another color . I got that one and went to post office to return the MISTAKE THEY MADE and what do you know ANOTHER MISTAKE on them, they sent me a return label 1. You can barely read the damn thing 2. It had my shipping address to get returned back to me! Itâs super INCONVENIENT for me to have to go back and forth so I emailed them when I was there and of course no response so I paid for the shipping MYSELF and told them to reimburse me since they are the ones responsible for paying for returned labels when itâs their mistake. Soooooo what happens ? They said theyâll give me store credit! HA! You think I want to do business with yâall anymore? NO! Two mistakes on yalls end and you want to give me store credit when on your website it says yâall pay for the return label so I want my money back. Horrible HORRIBLE...
