Don't let this store turn you away from Verizon. I love Verizon hate the store went in years ago and asked about the price difference between Walmart and their store. Took about 15 minutes for someone to approach and I asked he said they could price match after hearing that the lady that was actually on the clock (the person that helped me was either supposed to be on break or going home) stopped her personal conversation to tell me that they won't price match and has got so bad that they will try to not help people who get their phones from other places. Recently my wifes phone broke and she needed to get a phone transfered as my first experience was about 4 years ago I said go to the store. Well seems either they have the same people or same customers are bothering us attitude they did not disappoint. First wife walked in an hour before before closing and first all displays were put up then after waiting for awhile finally was asked how she can be helped. She thought maybe looking for a new phone and asked where the displays were they said they try and have the store closed up at closing.... Not close the store then close up, be cleaned and closed up by closing. After that she decided she didn't need any help and left. So with my experiences with this store expect to wait because you are bothering them and to be treated as such. If you want a Verizon plan don't go here your better off pretty much...

There was an issue with the screen protector I bought from them when it shipped that wouldn't let it properly apply to the screen, agreed to call them back in a week or so to see if they were in yet so they could give me a protector. I stopped calling to check after they said they would call me instead when they came in. And this was for a new phone that had just released, they assured me more would be coming in. Cracked my screen while still waiting to hear from them, bummer but was thinking the screen protector would at least keep it from getting worse. It's been 2 and a half years now and I never got the call back. Finally called to find out if I was ever getting my protector or some kind of refund or something, explained the whole story, acknowledged the crack wasn't their responsibility, and the person I spoke to on the phone said "It wasn't their fault my screen broke before the protectors came in because they don't control when shipments come", completely and totally missing the point of I never got called to get my screen protector. Find it a bit odd that they apparently never in 2 and a half years got a single other case/screen protector for the phone that was brand new at the time I purchased the case/screen protector. Seems once they get their inital payment for an accessory they don't care anymore, they just lie and say they're putting a note in...
Read moreI bought 2 phones there. They are great until you need a little extra help. I couldn’t get anything transferred to my new phones from my old phone. They charged my elderly mother $30 just to transfer a SIM card from one of our plan phones to another! Please. It took 1 minute to do. They prioritize sales over helping you with a phone issue. The manager also complains about other customers after they leave, who has a question about their phone, and gripes about having to help them. In front of other customers. Not cool. I’ll definitely got to a corporate store in the future. They prioritize customer service and sales....
