(~2nd week Jan 2020)...I ordered 12 hams to my biggest customer in Ga. before Christmas. The Dept never received them. I called Ranch House to talk to management about it- no one was there to talk to. Left a message w an employee....that was about a week ago. No response....finally got a snub response/email from Jane...1 Star. (Jan 21, 20) Melanie called me back. SHE researched and went above and beyond what I’d expected. CALLED MY CUSTOMER...and made things right w them...RESENT an upgraded order to them as a replacement - no charge to me. This is exactly how I treat my customers- it’s why I’ve been in business 30 years. Melanie changed my opinion with a couple of phone calls and by doing what I would have done myself for my customers. These are the kind of people I’ll do business w as long as they do business in that manner. I’m no one special- I just think most people-companies feel the same way. Thank you Melanie.
