This morning at 2 a.m.while towing my boat, we lost a wheel along with the hub. Called the Menard's Sherrif's Office to request assistance as we were stuck on 2 lane HWY 83, Officer Shane was was sent to assist and was the start of exceptional service. He was kind and helpful and referred us to Tyler at Wagner's Tire and Auto. Tyler came out at 3am to check out the situation, gave advice and swiftly came up with a solution. He then reached out to local towing, Michael, who like Officer Shane and Tyler, went above and beyond, coming out at 4am, realized our trailer wouldn't fit on his truck and found us a bigger tow truck to go with. The bigger truck was not within his company and he still offered to help in anyway he could all the while not charging us for his time. In the middle of the night on a cross country drive from San Antonio to Colorado we had a problem with our tires and had to stop over night in Menard, Texas. Wagner’s was highly recommended and we went there to see if they had the tires we needed but they didn’t. It was a Saturday and we had to wait for someone to find the tires and drive them to us. They normally close at 5 pm on Saturday’s and they kept the shop open until 8 pm to install the tires for us. This was way beyond the call of duty - and the best car service we have ever experienced! They even loaned us a pick up truck so we could get food while we spent the day at their shop waiting. All of the mechanics were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful! At the end, they charged us a very modest price considering they sacrificed their Saturday night to help us get safety back...

I was driving from Lubbock to San Antonio when my car started acting funny. It was Sunday and nobody was open to look at it for me. Somebody called the owner of this shop for me and he came to find me and took me to his shop to check my car.
