Update I was at this hospital around the end of January , I experienced. Gaslighting & a nurse intent on using her position as a health care member to wedge in a little reactive patient abuse
I was denied my phone ,during the encounter by three female staff' 2 CT Techs, one a nurse who literally had no business there ,3 I had already said the the IV was out in wrong , it's painful to flush with saline , imagine contrast , the CT tech knew to hold me using the idea that we need to check with your nurse for next steps,
That was to keep me isolated while the nurse tag back in in the cruel and unusual treatment that I watched intensely without my phone ,
some of the original review has to be deleted to incorporate the update she pull on my closet arm in. a way like my life has already expired , but yes I pulled away and the Aura was very gothic for a better choice of words ,
so then after her despicable attempt to retaliate about the ill treatment today but also the time I came with camera out and captured their rogue behavior and filed a police report then , but that way all and I guess I'm suppose to forgot I did ,,& in no way articulate our past encounters which in my mind was discriminatory if nothing else .
She gets me in the room and she's hooking up the stuff , she's on the computer but I tell her that before we go any further I need to see a doctor or PA in charge to discuss my IV that was in my arm , oh Security was in the room they came to the room not the CT area but honestly neither one gave me any bad vibes , not even after I told them what happened in the CT room with the IV and this nurse constant whispering behind my & I over my head as I laid flat on my back , I had to ask her 3 or 4 times to hand me my phone which she never did 2 or three times to roll me back or I'll walk back. She activated security meanwhile S she waited to unhinge one of more nerves as my only concern originally was to see was this if another heart failure event ,now add that to the experience should it be left at poor or was a crime committed , I was held in a room against my will ,but that's not all , the security gursdrs who I thought was already activated, was really used as pawns by thus nurse as a back up shoulf I bring up the IV , it' was weird I did and he said you don't mind if I go out and get the nurse story ' which I thought this was weird but again it wasnt the guard as much as the nurse who is meticulously up to no good.i was astonished almost to the point of of being meserized after the guard return claiming the nurse told him that I hit her and that's when I knew finally got em police did come and eventhough being denied hospital video they the Menomenee Falls Police Dept came and they set up check spots and observation post interviewed witnesses and after nearly an hour said sir you are free to leave ,I have the utmost respect for that Precinct.. its not easy being a innocent black man anywhere but they did a great job at letting me see that they not here playing no games with anyone keep and these the kind of police tha we all have a duty to keep safe , not just because thet stand to protect your interest, but rather they indiscriminately uphold the law, it was obvious that the nurse was lying ,
but no one told me this they don't have to the the victim he's a victim for him or her to know ,
So I canceled future card at all their locations including prescribe medication pick locations future so specialty care appointments gone
Once my lawyer review the police body came invilving the hospital and their investigation in whether a crime been committed, once these copys are approved for posting by my attorney or in the event that I'm not so lucky if ever in their care again , but next weird think I go to another completely different hospital ER why did I get a call from my latest Froedtert Primary's Nurse I did just run off and said nothing they had my farewell message at least a week in advance but in fact I message the entire care team but the conversation ended...
Read moreWaited a long time before I was seen(approximately 2hrs)which I could understand because they were busy and no rooms were available, but customer service wasn't pleasant. IV process was put in but was having discomfort throughout the entire time. Once I was able to be taken back to the room it was extremely cold. The nurse left my room unattended for long stretches of time. I had no call button, no remote to watch TV or no phone. When I was taken to the back I was there from 7pm till a little after 11pm. Doctor showed more empathy and courtesy than the RN. When I was finally able to get my discharge papers the RN rushed that process. The IV wrapping was rip off and once the IV was removed I couldn't stop bleeding. RN held pressure for a short period of time and then she put a bandage on it. Once I arrived home my bandage was soak in blood. I was given clearance to go but still had medical equipment attached to me that I had to remove myself just so I can get dress and leave. The RN never showed me my way out as well. RN was nice but she wasn't attentive at all and the process was a little unprofessional. I was given no water or offered any snack through that whole process. My cellphone had died and I ask RN twice if I can have a phone to contact my parents so they're not worried she told me she would try to find a charger but never heard about it again. I would've given this a 1 star but due to the great experience via doctors and supportive team(ultrasound & MRI) I will leave me rating at this. Due to this unfortunate experience I will never come here again. I'm very understanding and aware of the chaos that can go on in the ER but some things are still not acceptable regardless of the setting. Things...
Read moreWorst hospital experience of my life! Sent to the ER after having same day medical procedure, began having serious symptoms. Called the RN at Froedtert who was amazing and she contacted my doctor who told me to go to ER immediately to be assessed. The RN called ahead and I was told there were 3 people ahead of me. Got there and was told 1 person ahead of me. 4.5 hours later, still waiting to be seen. Watched other people come in and be taken back to be seen. Went up and asked and each time was told, it'd only be a little bit longer. Finally left around 3:30 to go to a different hospital. Observed an older gentleman come in for a fall, they took him back, put him in a dressing gown and then left him in wheelchair in dressing gown in the waiting room for 3.3 hours. He finally asked for his clothes so he could leave. I left feeling as if my medical needs weren't valid and they definitely were not treated. I had to seek treatment at a completely different system. There was no clear communication from staff. I also felt frustrated because my doctor felt my symptoms were serious enough to be assessed, but ER did not take serious. At one point my hands went numb and my head started spinning, I couldn't stop coughing (associated with earlier my procedure) and spent the next 3.5 hours continously coughing, gagging, and nearly throwing up and felt stomach acid in my throat....I went up to explain my symptoms were getting worse to be told they didn't have any clean rooms to put me into. There was absolutely no concern for my wellbeing or health and when I mentioned my symptoms, I was dismissed. Do not go to this...
