Dan has always treated me fair....I bring all my cars to them generally...they have put drag radials on my mustang...new tires on wifes explorer...our ranger...tires on our super duty. When it comes to alignments dan knows his stuff. My superduty was eating tires on front he did a eyeball alignment and it hasnt done it since. Why eyeball...the rack was full and at the time I only replaced front two... dan said let me take a look... now theres know need for a alignment. My fathers car had a blow out. Not only did Dan get me a 90% tread tire back on there for 40$ bucks it was done in ten min. I dont understand some of the reviews... ok took a while on your plugs....u reach into the hot engine and grab one... didnt look like they new what they where doing... go ask for dan.... Dan will make it right.... you could always go to the shop off W and deal with that woman... he can order and get u anything u need or want there my go to tire shop... doesnt matter if it's the 20x12 on my truck, the 18x12 on the mustang, or tires on my tractor they can fix or replace... let's keep the mom n pop shops in...

I took my 2000 XJ to Zeman to get the motor replaced in July of 2020. The shop then proceeded to wait two months to order the parts needed to complete the work. Then when they finally did, I got my vehicle back and proceeded to have multiple mechanical issues. The mechanical issues prompted several return trips to their shop - this was another two-month process. Afterwards, they finally said it was "fixed". I drove the vehicle for approximately a week until the heater hose blew off. I towed the vehicle there to have it fixed under warranty; they kept the vehicle for another month. At that point I had the vehicle towed to another shop to have the vehicle fixed. After the vehicle left Zeman Tire Town, the owner voided the warranty on the motor thus leaving me with a five-grand lump of metal. I am out approximately five thousand and I do not have a vehicle. They told me 110 for putting my already purchased spark plugs in two cars... it took 30 min for first car then I drove and got second car and that was 50 min of work and suddenly my new price is 187.10 even though he told me 110 over the phone like 8 days ago over phone 187 dollars in labor in an hour and 20 min of work... I was there a total of 2 hours but both cars sat outside for 15 min each before they got touched...I dont like being fooled and they want 40 for used tires when both tire places in festus wants 25 and some are 20......
