Updated review, May 2023:

I went to get a foot bath here and they had me review the form I filled out previously, to indicate whether it was still accurate or if anything had changed. I reviewed, acknowledged that it was all still accurate, confirming that I still cannot have any fragranced products used on my skin.

Then, the foot bath began and I could smell the fragranced product being used. I asked the person if it was fragranced, and it was, and when I asked if they had reviewed the form I filled out, I was informed that they hadn't.

What's the point of having a form and asking for a client's needs if you're not even going to look at them? It'd be a better experience if they actually reviewed the client form.

And, had they not had non-fragranced products for the foot bath, I'd prefer they just tell me, instead of using it on my skin.

Until they improve their attention to detail and customer service (and look at the intake forms they're requiring customers to complete) I do not recommend.

I really enjoy Remedi! I have gone for their infrared sauna several times and it’s always a pleasant experience. I do wish they had a shower I could use afterwards, but aside from that, it’s a wonderful, private setup and the staff there is always very kind, helpful, and proactive. Great customer service!

What a wonderful and relaxing experience. My friends brought me in for a surprise birthday spa day and I would recommend a spa day at Remedi Spa to anyone looking to be treated like royalty for a day. All 3 of us were treated to an hour long facial and a massage. I also opted for the Salt-Water Sensory Deprivation tank.

I wish I could remember the name of the person who did my facial because she was so wonderful, I would drive the 45 minutes back just to get another facial from her. I had a great experience in the sensory deprivation tank, but next time I would bring a shower cap for my long, thick hair (attempting to wash out the salt was intense after such a relaxing experience) and maybe even some goggles as I kept accidentally splashing little drops of salt water in my eyes. Otherwise, it was a very centering experience and I would definitely do it again.

The ambiance is impeccable. The staff was very hospitable and made it a point to remember our names. They were very intuitive as to when I wanted to talk and when I wanted to quietly relax in the relaxation...

I just want to say how much I LOVED THIS SPA!!! I initially came here in 2020 for my first-ever facial massage with Kayleigh, and she was an amazing esthetician! She cared for my skin, was very gentle with extractions (and I had a lot of them!!), and provided great tips for keeping my face clear.

I later started adding massages to my visits, and the therapist did an amazing job with deep tissue work and really targeted my specific pain points.

I relocated to Metro Detroit last year and have yet to find a spot that matches the high quality and affordability of this place. I'm even considering making the trip back to Lansing just to revisit this spa for my self-care days!
