My name is Sharon and I live in McKinney, TX. I had a family member in Meridian, MS that lost her son and I wanted to send some flowers to the family. I searched and found “Blessa’s Florist” in Meridian and I’m so glad that I did. I called them early and spoke to Sadeca. She (Sadeca) was very customer focused and able to fulfill my request. She assisted me with color choices and recommended arrangement style. She put together a very beautiful arrangement, had it delivered on today and sent pictures of the arrangement and the actual delivery. It was a very good experience from the beginning to the end. I called this shop to make funeral arrangements, and the lady answered a business line with an immediate attitude. You never know what someone is going through on the other line. When I asked if this was the florist shop, she replied in a condescending tone, "Yes, it's a busy Friday morning, I'm running water." Ma'am, what you're doing on the other end of the phone is irrelevant to the customer. You answered a business line as if you were home, and I'd interrupted you. We call you for a service because that's what you open your doors during business hours to provide. First the driver almost hit me when I was pulling in the parking lot to the florist, and then he/she got out yelling at me, backed up crazy and almost hit someone else. Upon entering, I was already flustered but not too bothered, they were obviously having a bad day, the personnel at the counter were awful.
