Service tech stopped by to check our oven, told me he needed to check on two different parts. Said he’d call with quotes. Spent approximately 5min in my home. Never called with the quote. Received a bill for $112 three months after the tech stopped by. Called and complained that nothing was done and the owner told me he wasn’t going to write off the bill and was fine with me never coming back. Very poor service. They could have told me what parts may be required over the phone. Service tech did nothing. Purchased a washer/dryer combo from them a few years back and had an issue with the dryer timing out before the clothes are dry, same service tech was sent and the dryer isn’t fixed. Again, poor service. Very disappointed in what they have done.
Reply to the response from Hargraves. My phone has never been disconnected. When I called and complained about the bill the person said I had a wall oven which isn’t correct. How can you quote a part for an appliance you don’t even have the model # for? Also, yes bill hasn’t been paid because I just got it a week ago. I never received a call back from the tech about the part. The tech told me when he was here that he didn’t know what was wrong with it, that it could be a couple different things. I live in town, doesn’t take 45-50 min to arrive to my house, spend 5 minutes here, and charge for an hour of “work.” Frankly, the fact that you can’t own up for the poor work is an even poorer reflection on this company.
