My wife, daughter and I ate at Sunset Hollow Wine Bistro this past Friday evening. The food was fresh, farm to table and quite delectable. My wife and I started with the refreshing lavender lemonade mocktails and our three year old daughter had a fresh lemonade. Everything including the lavender infusion is made in house. The Friday special was an all meat pizza made with natural and organic meats from their farm. The crust was the perfect thickness and baked to perfection. The blend of savoury meats, fresh mozzarella, herbs and spices would be given high regard by a connoisseur of great food. The made from scratch cheesecake brownie bite was scrumptious. I have been in here multiple times. I enjoy the sweet wines along with the soups of the day and the panini's. The atmosphere is calm and normally quiet. There are a few nights they have live music. The staff is very friendly, and is it locally owned Bistro. All of the wines are made by the owner at her winery. They have a few beer selections (craft beer) and some hard liquor options, along with Sprecher Brewing soda options and lemon aid. Oh, and can't forget the cheesecake is delicious!
