Living in Aspenwood is an experience that simply doesnât match the price residents pay. Between high HOA fees and lot rent, youâd expect a well-maintained, respectful neighborhood but the reality is the opposite.
The so called âsecurityâ is a barely functioning suburban that looks like itâs on its last legs, and it does little to prevent the ongoing issues that make the community feel unsafe and unkept. Loud, modified vehicles with no catalytic converters disturb the peace, dogs bark endlessly, and the overall environment has declined to the point that it feels no different from living in low-income or Section 8 housing except youâre paying much more for it.
To make matters worse, residents donât even own their land, and after a certain date, you canât move your trailer. Itâs a system designed to trap you financially while offering nothing in return no community standards, no real security, and no accountability.
If youâre considering moving here, think twice. Aspenwood presents itself as a pleasant manufactured home community, but the reality is a combination of poor management, inflated costs, and declining quality...

Thank you for ensuring that residents are following the rules especially when it affects other residents like swimming in the pool in regular clothes or the parking. Barely being able to drive down the street because people have six cars is beyond annoying when in reality if the number of persons per room are being followed there is no way there would be that many cars. Also thank you for cracking down on people living here that are not supposed to be here.    Read moreGoing to be moving in to this park on the 1st of Nov. and have been driving around in the park, since mid Oct., to see how it is. The only bulk or as some would call, trash, that I have seen is nothing more than construction going on at that space or they were moving in or out. Other than that the people are nice the management seems to know what is going on in the park and that is a big plus. So for what it is worth not living there yet the eye and ear tests say it is a good place to live. The ear test was from a number of residents that I talked to for a bit or just said "Hi" and was acknowledged with a "Hi" or "Good Morning", "Friendly people." Michael D....
