The new management is a bunch of liars, video them and see. I have had nonstop issues with Marta and the creepy psychopath maintenance guy. He is a jack boot thug. he yells at residents, when I complained, after he ran off 2 nurses and a caregiver, they tried to evict me. I have been documenting their activities for over 2 yrs. What I have seen is sickening. They will probably retaliate, like they have every time. Cobblestone communities' cares nothing for the residents. I have asked for Marta's supervisor over 2 dozen times, no reply, means your hiding something. These 2 or colluding to take senior resident's valuables. They threaten, they lie, then make up rules to control us. They have discriminated against, conspired, colluded together to take advantage of any not liking their methods. I see on yelp reviews, that Fred sent a residents bf to urgent care. Yet he still works here, what a coverup about to be...

I resided in Mesa Shadows 5 yrs. Like every neighborhood, there will always be a few imperfect/unwanted residents, But the majority are great & want nothing but peace/quiet & fun times while keeping that homey feeling in our lives..I recently viewed others negative comments and if their experiences were that bad - they need to realize that there are way worse parks out there for sure! I will be purchasing another winter residence soon (away from cold Globe Az) I would choose this park or a park in same area all over again its in a prime location Near my Employer, shopping & close to freeways; Just pay your rent on time, talk to management if you have a problem & utilize the facilities in a proper manner, You should not have any problems. My neighbors were the bestest, we watched over eachothers spaces...

Very poor sales team. Top sales guy could not answer any questions. When he returned phone call I was a bother and he was rushed and distracted. I own at a Cal Am park and better customer services and amenities. If you buy ans sell tge 10 000 does not transfer with you or not given the buyer. Check other parks. Sales manager did not want to hear her top guy just dismissed my questions nor had the answer . Sorry I'm in real estate and have been for over 35 years including property management.
