What can I say..?...If you've been to one JIB, you've been to 'em all, right?...THIS store in particular, is a cut BELOW any standard😞...and wouldn't you know it!?...it's MY local neighborhood JIB...Sad, pathetic crew, couldn't care less for the customers that were coming to THIS Jack-in-the-Box since they were in High-School...Never AGAIN!...I've worked at this store for the summer 3 yrs in a row, the money that I made helped get me my first car...And guess what?! First place I went to?...That's right!...JIB on 7th St. & Indian School Rd. How DARE you disrespect a homeless Vet (or ANYONE for that matter!)by telling them to 'Get Lost'?Bet you didn't know he was one!..Betcha didn't see the look that crossed his face as you turned and went back inside the store... 'Get Lost?'...yeah, he got lost alright, he just stared off into space for a good long time...9:52 m/s...I timed it, because that's how long it took to get my order from the time I paid--to out the window. The man had hit-up every other car for something to eat, or spare change for something to eat...He didn't appear drunk, or overly dirty/grimey...just down on his luck, and EMBARRASSED & ASHAMED of his self to have had been subjegated to panhandling and begging for his next meal; Right outside the place when he CANT get the care/treatment necessary for him to just have a NORMAL day... Read moreNever go Inside because yea look at the place but I went through the drive thru yesterday night at around 10 and always put in a mobile order now since the employees rush me through my order and act like it’s a inconvenience I come there to get food lol. They answer the drive thru “what u want” and I tell them it’s a pickup for my name and he jus says “pull up” and I do and after a couple minutes some Hispanic guy comes up give me my food and let me tell u our food was not packaged right And then I say thank you and he just stares at me rudely and says nothing. I ordered sauce on the app but I already knew they didn’t put it in and we checked, they didn’t! My bf has to go inside and he said that he had to yell to get someone upfront and some Hispanic lady comes up to him and is rude about the sauces. No customer service at all. Such a disappointment. Also, EVERYTHING was undercooked. I’ve been here multiple times and SOMEONE has a issue with not letting the Fryer cook the whole time. Overall just awful experience whenever those two ppl are there . I hope they get talked to about how they act. Read moreThe order is taking a lot of time to be delivered! I have been waiting for the restaurant for 2hrs earlier this morning! We tried to call the restaurant and they answered but hang up without saying anything! We tried this for 2x, then we tried to call for the 3rd time, and they did not answer anymore. It's just "order received. working on it now." We tried for the 4th time, they answered, all we hear was loud music in the background. We asked if they can lower the music so we can hear each other on the phone, and all they said was "sorry". This is very unprofessional! You are taking a lot of money from your supposedly valued customers, and this is what kind of service we received from you? My partner will report this unprofessional response from the crew of Jack in the box between Recker and Main in Mesa, AZ to the corporate, because your night member crews had the audacity to dare us to, you're going to lose more customer than you already have. If your going to say that you are open 24hrs but takes 2hrs to make the order, just close the store and don't give false hope to the customers that they're gonna have their order...
