Okay! Story time! During the Quarantine quite a few pieces of jewelery I have got damaged (bracelets and necklaces plus small kids... Not a good mix!) So I took to yelp to see if anyone was open for a drop off service! Boudreaux's responded and had availability the next day! Awesome right? So I meander over with my endless broken pieces, one of which was a Tiffany bracelet that Tiffany's poorly repaired three separate times (I kid you not, three times the manufacturer did an awful repair of their own jewelery! The piece is barely a year old). Brandon was very welcoming and personable. Supremely knowledgeable on jewelery and took the time to explain the best ways to repair each piece. I leave the pieces to get fixed, not only was I kept in the loop throughout the process, my pieces were repaired BEAUTIFULLY! The impossible Tiffany piece? FINALLY back to how it was when it was purchased (no thanks to Tiffany's)! I could not be more ecstatic! I'm so glad I found this place because I'm also in the market for wedding rings! Excellent craftsmanship, and fantastic customer service!...

I have been using Beaudreaux's jewelers since 2003 when my husband and I first moved to Nola adding to my wedding set and then they remade it because I lost it.

I've had rings and earrings made to my liking and design. The staff is very welcoming and listen to my likes and dislikes ensuring the end result is always beautiful.

I now live south of Houston and when I lost one my beloved earrings that Beaudreaux's made for me many years ago from my mama's diamond studs there was no doubt I was going back to visit Nola. Overall, it took about 4 weeks and I cannot be more than happy with their design, craftsmanship, and service.
