Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kevin, Dane, Mykle, Dane and Randy at Frame My TV for making what was just a dream become a reality. My husband and I are so thrilled with how awesome the project turned out!

My sincere gratitude to Kevin for your vision and everyone else for all your input, expertise, encouragement and most of all patience with getting my project finally completed. It took me years to come up with the perfect picture. I am sure, everyone who comes into my home and sees the picture (of my parents' vacation/retirement home) will surely recognize it and be filled with lots of happy memories. Three generations which have included parents, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends have visited my parents' home in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We all have fond memories of many years of family Thanksgiving dinners there as well as boating, fishing, swimming and ice skating on the lake and skiing nearby!

We are so grateful that I have such a beautiful and wonderful permanent reminder, hanging on the wall above my fireplace in our den, of our happy times together without having to sacrifice a logical placement for my TV! Now we can enjoy both!

My husband and I recently moved to a new home and we compromised on a Frame television over the fireplace. Fortunately the Best Buy Sales Rep indicated that there would be an upgrade version called the Samsung Frame Pro which we waited for, ordered and had installed. The television is spectacular however the black frame that comes with the television made it a bit ordinary. So I returned to Best Buy for advise and he said Deco Frame was the best and other would separate at the seam and they were quality frames. I went online and ordered a premiere Burl Wood Frame (65”). It arrived the next day! The detail of the wood grain is amazing. It’s as lovely as the website indicated and my husband was in awe of how much it looked like a real painting. It took 5 minutes to hang and required two people based on the size and height of the television. However, I did not realize that the Premier Frame does cover the infrared light which adjusts for light and movement. I called Deco Frame and they recommended a sensor that they manufacture; I purchased for under 50$. I was eligible for a 60% discount since I ordered my frame directly from the company. What a thrill....we recently installed our "Frame My TV" product and it looks magnificent! It has exceeded our expectations as it embodies all the things we value in our home, good quality, good look, traditional design, classy and unique! Our family and friends have met our introduction of our "hidden tv" with oohs and ahhs! A wonderful conversation piece. Beyond the exceptional excitement we've experienced so far is the level of superior customer service we enjoyed during our ordering and installation process. How often does the President/Principal of a company answer his phone.....every time I called? How often does the President/Principal of a company call back with answers surely routine to him but no less important to us as we selected artwork, frames and liners? How often are you given the name and phone number of an "installation expert" to answer your questions? Kevin Hancock and Randy Davis were helpful, professional and patient .....all critically important for someone not particularly handy! So...consider this product if you're interested in something classy and well made. A beautiful compliment to your home or office. Thanks to the entire "Frame My TV team for a job well...
