An opulent, steamy labyrinth. Do not expect to have your hand held through every step- once you step in you are on your own to explore and find out what each room is about. The mosaic pieces decorating the halls make you feel as though you're in a mermaids grotto.

Going through entire bath house is an extremely unique experience. You are welcome to enjoy all of the saunas, steam rooms, pools and showers as you see fit. For female travelers: there were a good amount of women there, even some solo females. Everyone is respectful and keeps to themselves mainly.

Note that there is technically no true cold "plunge"- signs indicate that you are not to step into the cold water bath, but rather pour the buckets of cold water over yourself. It is still refreshing and even breathtaking, and if you are interested in more cold experience there is the cold chamber.

After you enjoy the rooms there is a small cafe where you can get sandwiches and other small bites. Additionally you can purchase freshly squeezed juices, water, tea, even alcoholic beverages.

I absolutely love the Russian Turkish Baths in Miami Beach! It's hands down my favorite spa spot to unwind with friends. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting unlike other spas that sometimes feel cold and medical, and the whole experience feels like a mini getaway. The Jacuzzi is incredible—the water pressure is amazing and feels like a relaxing massage. Plus, the stunning ceramic decorations around it make you feel like you're in a grotto by the ocean. The different steam rooms are so much fun to explore. I always find myself gravitating toward the blue one. It's the perfect place to sweat out the stress. And after a good steam, you can grab a bite to eat, which is a real treat. Their food is delicious and totally hits the spot when you’re feeling a little peckish after a good sweat. Oh! And for an extra treat sometimes me and my friends also do a mud mask to feel the full spa effect. I’m so happy this place is open again—I’ve been craving a good steam, and the Russian Turkish Baths never disappoint.
