This was my first personal experience with Mr. Robertson, though my parents have worked with him in the past. My request was to “copy” a family heirloom ring by recycling some of my own broken jewelry and pieces. Not only did he deliver, he went above and beyond. My ring is gorgeous, well-constructed, and I know it’ll last me a lifetime as something to pass on. First, Mr Robertson made me feel comfortable. For me, buying Jewelry can be intimidating. Working with the owner, knowing he has years of expertise, I was able to relax and enjoy the experience! This was my second visit. I had a heirloom resized. I felt safe giving him my ring. He delivered it on time as promised and more beautiful then before. He is part of our community. Dale is a great friend and an excellent Jeweler in the greater Cincinnati area. He did both my Wife's and my wedding bands 100% custom made. My wife is a very particular person with a very specific taste. Dale was able to combine several different features of rings that my wife had found and was able to incorporate them into the final design of her ring.
