Shooters Sports Grill - Loveland, OH — Restaurant in Miami Township

Well it started out as a celebration party for my son’s school graduation for passing a huge test so we decided to order Shooters to go. Mrs placed order online and I went there straight after work. Place is busy food is up about right on time. I didn’t ask what I was getting just if it was paid for. Guy hands me 2 big bags of food so I figure it’s all in there. Well 15 minutes later I’m home bring everything in and guess what margherita pizza for the Mrs. She calls in and speaks to someone who kept trying to talk over her and after he asked her why she didn’t know what she ordered which just put Mrs. Right over the top! She asked for the manager and the owner names. Whoever was on the other end, started singing a different tune, and a few minutes later, they offered to remake the pizza throw in a pepperoni pizza for us and refunded the pizza off of the order, which was nice, and even though it didn’t quite make up for the 20 minute drive back over there to get it at least it was a gesture of goodwill. Great food! Cold beer… now a word for management on a Bengals game day. Take note: What are you doing? I counted approximately 30 tv’s in there. Approximately 7-8 had the Bengals game on them. The main bar screen had the game. On both sides of the restaurant I counted 6-7 other tv’s with the Bengals on it and some of those were the really small tv’s. I saw 2 people wearing Lions jerseys and one wearing a Cowboys jersey. 20 other tv’s with random games on them? Nobody cared. Everyone was sitting sideways and cockeyed just to find a view. They had Giants/Eagles on a big screen and Cowboys/Texans on another- in PRIME seating areas. People were annoyed for sure. Almost EVERYONE in there was there to watch the Bengals. I heard MULTIPLE complaints about this while in there. We left early and others did too. Money was lost in here. (Sorry too the great wait staff) This is not a sports book betting spot. Clip most of the other games and know your role in the area in which your establishment is located. Never coming back for a Bengals game ever. Will be back for the...

I hardly ever leave bad reviews because I know every place can have a bad day, but today's experience just was the last straw. The food is a 3.5, but with the amount of time it takes for the food to come out, it is inexcusable. To be fair there were 8 of us today for lunch, but including my party there were maybe 15 people in the whole restaurant.

It took 40 minutes to get our food. Three of the people in my party had cold food and one person's food was so bad he could not eat it. The server did not charge for him his meal, but when we brought up to her that it took 40 minutes to get our food she said absolutely nothing. We had to wave her down for refills, and again, the restaurant wasn't a quarter full.

At no time did she come to our table to advise our food was taking awhile, her attitude was terrible. So combined with the ridiculous amount of time it took to get our food, I do not...
