Can we get a whoop 🙌🏾 whoop 🙌🏾 Mezedes found ME as I was driving by. I stepped in to their warm atmosphere and was greeted by Theresa and Kyle. After learning that we were 1st timers, Theresa kindly explained the menu in detail and todays special. For me the highlight was the Spicy Greek Gyro and the Philly Gyro. They sounded so delicious I ordered both!
'Cmon' have you ever had a Greek Gyro filled with tender, thinly sliced lamb, spicy Tzatziki sauce, fresh grilled onions, fresh tomatoes on a slice of pita bread the feels like a Purple mattress? 🤤
The Philly Gyro was just as delightful! It was filled with fresh red peppers, fresh onions and diced tomatoes. The smell of this place alone makes you feel like you are sitting in someone's Greek Grandma's kitchen!
With music softly playing in the back ground, this place is great for lunch bae or small groups!

Read moreThe service at Mezedes Greek Street Food was truly outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and attentive. From the person who took our order to the one who brought out our food, and even someone who checked in while we were eating, the hospitality was 5-star all the way.

Both were surprisingly bland and lacked the bold flavors we were hoping for. The chicken tasted boiled and the veggies were limp, not fresh or vibrant. On the bright side, the fries were a highlight—golden brown and perfectly crisp. The baklava cheesecake was just okay; not bad, but nothing memorable.
We really wanted to love this place, especially with such a great team, but the food just...

However ... the background music was very loud to the point of distraction. The service was slow. I was the only customer waiting & it took almost 15 minutes to get 1 gyro. I took my lunch home (about a 5 minute drive). When I opened the wrapping on the sandwich there was a very generous serving of meat, but it was very dry & super salty. The taziki sauce was curdled. I decided to try a piece of baklava. Another disappointment. It also was very dry & tasted garlicky. I had high hopes for this place but was pretty unhappy. For the price ($9.75 for 1 gyro) I was hoping for better. I doubt...
